Stories Told Aloud
Some tales are best read quietly. Others are meant to be told.
Tales from Owtdare are shared aloud as well as on the page — spoken stories designed to be listened to rather than studied. They don’t try to explain everything. They wander a little. They pause. They leave space for imagination to do some of the work.
You might listen while drifting off to sleep. Or while painting miniatures late at night. Or while wondering how a goblin named GRiNdaL manages to find his way to a place called Lostpath...
You don’t need to know the world to enjoy the stories. Each one stands on its own, even as it quietly adds to the shape of Owtdare.

The Tales from Owtdare bedtime storybook brings the world to life for younger children through illustrated tales — introducing its characters, places, and peculiarities one story at a time. It’s written to be read aloud or alone, and to be returned to rather than rushed through.
The book isn’t a guide or a rulebook.
It’s an invitation.
An invitation to wander the Creepy Crawly Woods, to hear rumours of the Hard Lands beyond, and to meet the inhabitants of a world that reveals itself slowly.
